1. Justin De Jong opened with prayer
2. Attendance – – Ron Groenendyk, Justin De Jong, Shane Tukker, Lucas De Bruin, Tim Van Zee (virtual), Glen Meinders, Chris Arends, Doug Groenenboom, Rev Spronk, Matt Groenendyk, Joel Meinders
3. Secretary Report - Shane Tukker – Feb 15, 2022 minutes were approved
4. Treasurers’ report - Justin De Jong

1. Checking – $23,422.54

5. Quartermaster Report - Lucas De Bruin

1. Checking – $3,421.73
2. Clubs owe - Mason City’s check for cars is in the mail
3. Owe Corps - $0
4. Updated ratchet straps on the canoe trailer

6. Records Secretary - Chris Arends

1. All records have been put on a memory stick
2. Discussed handing out JR Counselor stripes

7. Congressmen Report - Matt Groenendyk or Glenn Meinders

1. Any outstanding offerings need to go to Doug, Glenn, or Matt
2. Corp proposals voted on at C-O-R were counted and presented

8. DCE Report – Doug Groenenboom
   1. Pat De Groot has a questionnaire for exec for regional training suggestions
   2. Request for workshop suggestions

1. Cadet-O-Rama (Cornerstone)
   1. Discussed pro and cons of the last C-O-R
   2. Vermeer denied charitable foundation funding request
   3. Past carnival funds will be added to Hawkeye Checking
2. Tulip Time (Pella 1st Reformed) – Work on the float has started
3. Fundraising (Calvary) – $700 profit from C-O-R
4. Model Car (Connect) – Discussed pro and cons of the last C-O-R
5. Sports (Covenant Reformed) – Competitive bags didn’t work well at C-O-R but was good past time for kids
6. Canoe Trip - 2022 canceled
7. 5 Day Campout (Faith) - June 21-25, 2022 at Wapallo
   1. 120 cadets and 16 counselors have signed up
   2. Health and informational sheets have been sent out
   3. Workday on April 16 with another to follow later this year
8. Snow Derby (Hollandale) – no update

    2. Doug will look into purchasing new bows for Hawkeye
