1. Pastor Spronk opened with prayer
2. Attendance – Doug Groenenboom, Kyle Zylstra, Tim Van Zee (remote), Glen Meinders, Pastor Jon Spronk, Shane Tukker, Joel Meinders, Lucas De Bruin
3. Secretary Report - Shane Tukker – August 8, 2022 minutes were approved
4. Treasurers’ report - Joel Meinders
   1. Checking – $21,793.26
5. Quartermaster Report - Lucas De Bruin
   1. Checking – $4,162.15
   2. Clubs owe - $0
   3. Owe Corps - $0
   4. Emailed head counselors for number of cars needed
6. Records Secretary - Kyle Zylstra
   1. Still collecting counselor lists
7. Congressmen Report - Glenn Meinders / Doug Groenenboom
   1. Proposals and forms for Congress are due Oct 1
   2. All 3 proposals voted on at C-O-R passed at Corp
   3. Vote to send the president and both congressmen to Congress in Jan; unanimously passed.
   4. Corp still waiting on last year’s offerings from a few Clubs
   5. Vision committee
      1. Discussed how to make councils more productive
         1. Higher functioning council vs poor functioning councils
         2. The benefits of a DCE to a council
   6. Independent Clubs will have regional coordinators who will report to Scott Klooster at Corp

   1. Oct 10 workshop to go over Corp and Hawkeye websites.

    1. International Camporee
       1. Discussed potential issues with traveling to Canada
       2. Recommend boys continue to get badges required for Camporee
       3. Corp is holding a Town Hall meeting on Nov 14 for Congressmen and Presidents

    1. Next month we will figure out Club visits
